The shell is made of 100% nylon Bergundtal Cloth which has a soft hand, is super durable and abrasion resistant and FahrenHot a basic, high-loft polyester insulator to protect you from the cold. A water-repellent surface finish on the outside and polyurethane coating on the inside provide excellent wind and water resistance and a chin strap and adjustable buckle make sure that the hat stays on your head so you can enjoy it!

This is the first hat of this style I have purchased. I would recommend it to anyone. It is very comfortable and warm. I recently had it on in 0 degree weather on a lake in Wisconsin. My head and ears never got cold!
It's worth the money!

I bought this hat after shivering while waiting for a bus during my daily commute. The purchase was an excellent decision! The hat is quite comfortable, and goes great lengths in preserving your internal body heat. The fur lining is quite comfortable, and the synthetic shell keeps rain-moisture and wind away.
You can easily reach up and un-clip the flaps, and they then pull down to protect both your ears and neck from wind and cold.
True - you may look like a character from the movie 'Fargo' wearing this hat - but who cares as long as you are warm!
It would be nice is there were greater color selection.
