Product Description This automatic tweezer system won't scratch, pull or irritate skin. This battery-powered grooming aid seems to attract hair like a magnet, and makes it easy to tweeze in any direction. Fast and efficient, it works so well that it even removes those single, elusive hairs that pop up on chins. Easy to clean, the tweezer system is safe for use anywhere on the body (except eyebrows). Uses two AAA batteries (not included). Easy to clean Safe for use anywhere on the body (except for eyebrows) Uses 2 AAA batteries (not included)

DOESN'T WORK FOR ME January 6, 2009 I'm a man, and I can tell you that this Emjoi didn't pull a single hair out of me. My girlfriend have a different one... I guess I'll have to borrow it again. This emjoi AP-9T is the worse thing I ever bought on Amazon.
life saver December 16, 2008 this is the best product for the senior citizen whose eye sight has deminished. This really does pull those hard to see hairs on the face and ears.
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! December 10, 2008 I absolutely love this product! Unlike some other commenters, I think it is VERY easy to clean. Pop off the plastic protector top and either give it a good hard "blow", or use the little brush that comes with it.
I don't think the word "hurt" is appropriate. The only place I find painful is above the lips, but I put up with it because hand-tweezing is even more painful. The feeling is a little "Oh!" at first, but it happens so fast that you kind of get to the point where you say "Woo! another one - Gotcha!" It gets hairs I can't even see, including those really fine hairs on the cheek.
The first time I used it, I had LOTS of hair and wasn't used to the feeling, so take it slow and easy the first time or two until you get used to it. Now that I've used it for a couple of months it only "gets" a few hairs. I use it a few times a week just because I like that smooth as silk feeling. It does the job very quickly!
The first one I bought worked great until I went to change the batteries and I think I did something to the little springs in the battery department because it wouldn't work. I returned it and now have a new one and I am more careful when I change the batteries.
I have only used it on my face so can't speak for the legs. I would think it would take a long time on the legs because the head is very small. Don't yet understand how it works to pull those suckers out by the roots, but it does and that's all I care about!
Works OK--and can cut holes and damage skin December 8, 2008 The Emjoi Tweeze worked passably the first two times, although it is quite painful. I carefully followed the directions again the 3rd time, and it yanked out a particularly thick hair, leaving a bloody hole, and skinned an irregular area around the hole. Right now it's a huge skinned red area, and I worry about scarring.
Disappointed! November 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have to say I was very disappointed with this product. It will remove peach fuzz type of hair just fine, but not the coarse hair most people want removed. I still have to tweeze! - isn't there a product out there that works?
