The Magic Bullet replaces a food processor, blender, and coffee grinder. Yet it occupies only the space of a coffee mug. It stays handy on your countertop for instant meals and snacks. There are no buttons to push. Just load the ingredients into the short cup, the tall cup or one of the four mugs. Twist on the cross or flat blade, place the bullet on the power base, and press down - in seconds, you'll have chopped onions, minced garlic, grated cheese, spaghetti sauce, salsa, soup, chicken salad, smoothies, shakes and more. To heat or chill, simply place the Magic Bullet cup or mug in the microwave, refrigerator or freezer.  Not enough Power November 4, 2008
I bought this model from Sam's Club for $60 and will be returning it very soon. I had heard & read good reviews on the corded model. When I got this home and tried to make a smoothie with small chopped frozen fruit, raw banana, milk and protein powder it continually got jammed. I tried the pulse action, I tried shaking it, I took the cup off and turned it upside down, I tried different consistencies of liquid/frozen. It jammed on all of them. Not until I had been at it so long that the frozen fruit began to thaw did it really work as advertised. As a comparison I used the same ingredients in my 40 year old Waring blender my mom gave me and it blended it just fine. Not sure if I will even try the corded version. I am leaning toward the other end of the spectrum the Vita Mix 5200.

I love this product, it does everything and does it well. It is very powerful, so I think the other reviewer got one without the right parts because mine performs flawlessly!

I have purchased the bullet to go at Sam's club and of course the battery charger was missing . so back we went and did get the charger, have been using it but it is not what I expected, I do believe the plug in would have been a better choice, it does not seem to have the power to do a good job, so I am not pleased . Rose
