Life saver! October 15, 2008 This book was just what my daughter in law needed for her college course. Worth it!
Great for Undergrads, not so great for Graduates April 21, 2008 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I purchased this study guide because it was recommended by my instructor for a graduate level accounting course. I think the study guide would be great for an undergraduate taking Intermediate Accounting, but it's not of much use to a graduate student unless you've never had accounting before. For an individual who majored in accounting and has practiced it for 15 years it's kind of a waste of money. That being said, there is nothing wrong with the book. It just isn't geared to someone with a lot of experience. It is geared toward someone who has very little experience. For them it would be money well spent.
Item Refund September 26, 2007 2 out of 18 found this review helpful
This item was delivered separately from the other item. However, those two items supposed to deliver in one package at the same time.
As I needed that book badly; therefore I ordered another one online. A week later, I received this missing item. I sent this book back to request refund at the end of August.
I have not received any email regarding this "Intermediate Accounting - Problem Solving I" refund yet.
Worth the money February 8, 2007 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
I was skeptical when I bought this but it is worth it. It gives you tips, example problems and shows, you how to break them down step by step. The only shortcoming is that the book does not cover every type of problem in each chapter. It does give you a good hint on at least how to start.
