Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Girls are in control of this flying fairy, thanks to the flower remote control. They'll love maneuvering Peter Pan's tiny pal around in graceful loops-especially since she's magically crash-resistant. Wowwee. Ages: 6+

Tinkerbell Flies! December 1, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My two daughters (3 1/2 and 7 1/2) love the Fairy Haven book series and my youngest loves Tinker Bell. I saw these at our local Wal-Mart and picked two up (gotta get one on bandwidth A and one on B if you want two in your house otherwise they won't work together). I opened them to demo them together before Christmas to make sure that there would be no surprises about their functionality. They only go up or down, not sideways. It's a simple remote so that is positive. My husband and I thought they were really cute and our daughters will be tickled to play with them. However,I am once again disappointed with the price of this toy. I don't often purchase toys for our girls since the quality never outweighs the cost. More often than not, I will purchase a learning toy that I feel will be fun for them and educational. This is not a toy for our youngest to use alone (it's for 6 and up) since it's basically made of styrofoam. I guess it can't be heavy for it to fly. The other materials used to make this are really cheap and it seems poorly made (at $40 a pop I think that's disgraceful). BUT, I like to get them at least one exciting toy for Christmas and this seems to be the one. I'll update this once they are played with and see how long the novelty lasts. My guess is it won't last for long but I'm optimistic and hopeful. We'll see.
