I guess I expected more from a $70.00 purchase. It IS a toy with a plastic handle. The gears make a very loud raspy sound and when the bell goes off it sometimes won't stop ringing OR it dies out sounding like a sick moose! It wasn't misrepresented in any way...but I'd like to save someone else the disappointment.
