Ordered for a 6 year old autistic boy, he was ecstatic when he saw them, and hasn't left them alone for 3 weeks. He loves things in *sets*. Thank you so much for making a little boy's day!!!
They are very durable and take a lot of rough play, he's not terribly easy on them, but, he's loving every minute of playing with his *guys*.

I just picked up a bunch of ygg toys for my boys for Christmas at Target for about a quarter of what's being offered through amazon. So glad to see everyone else is doing the same!

The plushies are a good quality -- soft fabric with a slight nap to it although I believe the Plex plush is smooth. They are filled well, firm but still flexible and cuddly. They're to scale with the "Beanie Baby"-size Wonderpets, Backyardigans, Dora & Diego small plush toys. The price we paid in-store on August 5 was comparable to the cost of other Nick Jr plushies, lower than what I see third party sellers advertising here. Maybe now that they're out, the price will become competitive.
The colors are true to the show's characters. There are no hard pieces and I would say they're appropriate for children over age 2. If you're buying for a younger child, you might want to check them out in person to be sure. I would review that aspect here but my daughter took all five to bed with her tonight.
if your child or the child you're buying for loves YGG, these soft plushies will be a great way for him/her to act out his/her own YGG scenario. There are other great active and music toys out now for YGG-lovers so enjoy the variety. But I recommend putting these battery-free, creative-play-encouraging toys atop the list. :)

Exclusively at Toys R Us... I picked these up for $9.99. They had the 8" plushes for $6.99. Even the so called "Limited Edition" Foofa- $6.99.

I am so glad I am not the only one sick of seeing people make triple the amount on YGG merchandise. These are the same people that mob the stores and buy up all the toys just to turn around and sell on Ebay. I too just saw these on the TRU website and am planning on getting them for $10, which is what everyone else should do. Stop buying from these people and they will hopefully go away.....
