Product Description Once in a while, a movie comes along that reminds us how powerful love can be. In the midst of war in Afghanistan, Captain Cody Cullen (John Newton, "Desperate Housewives") is touched by the lovely card sent by Faith Spelman (Alice Evans, "The Chris Isaak Show") from the small picturesque town of Nevada City, California. As months pass, the card never leaves his side, giving him the strength to survive and setting him on a mission to find her. The Christmas Card has received massive critical acclaim and audiences are raving. Now for the first time on DVD, Emmy-nominated (TBD) The Christmas Card is available with great bonus features and is the perfect gift for this holiday season!

Almost perfect, but for Ed Asner November 23, 2008 This is a great Christmas movie, with beautiful scenery, and a heart-warming story. Great actors, except for the inclusion of Ed Asner, a man who hates America and hates the military. It is sickening to see him portrayed as a patriotic WWII vet in this film. Otherwise, it is a very good family film.
On My Favorite List of Chrismas Movies November 22, 2008 This is one of the best Christmas Movies released in a long time. A soldier with literally no one to return home to received a Christmas Card that he treasured. Upon his release from the service he is compelled to find out who this person is. Unfortunately he finds that this person is engaged however he was asked by their family to assist at the family business and slowly becomes a part of their lives. The family has no idea that he received a card from their daughter however come to love him very much. Watch this movie - better yet purchse the movie because the cool thing is they include a Christmas Card (seriously) that you can write in and that will be sent to a U.S. Troop and who knows can make a difference to someones life. Happy Holidays!
One of the best Christmas movies ever! November 19, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I absolutely loved this movie -- so much that I keep watching it over and over. I think the acting is great, and it is warm-hearted and soul-stirring. Makes me think alot about our military overseas also and pray for them and know that the little things we do for them mean alot. I can't imagine anyone not liking this movie...it's a keeper!
Warm Christmas story November 19, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The type of movie to watch on a chilly night in front of the fire. It helps warm you from within.
