great setJanuary 6, 2009 This is a beautiful set for the price. It is not too small or too big, just the right size! Paint does not look cheap and it comes nicely packaged!
Description is incorrect. NOT the product pictured.December 27, 2008 A mistake has been made and needs to be fixed. What I ordered and what I received were two different things. What I received were larger individual pieces that were very low quality. It was NOT a set for the mantle AT ALL. The pieces were made of a cheap material and were painted poorly. The condition it arrived in was poor because of the way it was packed. Baby Jesus arm was broken off. Not a good experience for me at all. :-( I had wanted to receive what was described and pictured. NOT the case at all for me.
For the price you can't beat it!!!December 27, 2008 I was a little skeptical about ordering this item, but it far exceeded my expectations. I wanted a nativity, but was having a very difficult time finding one that I thought was nice enough to display. I had three parties and everyone commented on the beautiful nativity. I know they would never guess it was so inexpensive. Thank you for carrying such a fine quality product at such an affordable price. I am telling all my friends to save their gas and order from Amazon online.
Excellent for price...December 24, 2008 I was very happy with the nativity set that arrived promptly at my door safely packed. I did touch up the paint and applied a topcoat of varnish but then again I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. Merry Christmas.
Beautiful figurines, but needs stableDecember 22, 2008 The figurines are beautiful. They are a perfect size for under the tree. I only gave it four stars because it needs a stable. Other than that it is a great value.
