I enjoyed this CD very much, as I remember seeing the movie years ago. I grew up watching MGM musicals and this was one of the best. I loved all of the wonderful songs that came from this movie. Great sound on this CD.

2 Very Long CD's include every tune from the famous MGM musical, plus an extra edition of BROADWAY MELODY. CD 2 has a few tunes from the 1930's that may seem a bit dated, but the several numbers by Judy Garland, including SINGING IN THE RAIN, from the early 1940's easily make up. How can you miss with this soundtrack including MOSES SUPPOSES, GOOD MORNING, SINGING IN THE RAIN, and all the rest!

The Soundtrack Is Really Great. The Music Has Been Remastered For The Best Possible Sound Ever. But I Only Have One Question. Where Is The Two Tracks Gene Dreams Of Kathy, And From Dueling To Dancing? How Could They Put The Complete Soundtrack On Two Cd's And Leave Two Tracks Off? It Don't Make Sense. Anyway It Is Still A Great Soundtrack To Own.

This cd is a fabulous addition to a spectacular movie. This cd comes complete with the original recordings and unused songs from the movie. (it also comes w/ the tap sounds). Complete w/ this cd is interesting information on the making of the movie and is sure to delite any fans of Singin' in the Rain!

I am making a request of any one who has heard this new release of my favorite musical, "Singin' in the Rain". Does this new version have the taps? It wouldn't be the same without it, and I would like to know before I buy it. If anybody knows, please tell me (on the review, please). THANK YOU!!
