was worried the case would be damaged in shipping after reading some reviews but was relieved that the case arrived intact and without dents or dings. Even though the latches have locks, there were no keys, but that doesn't matter since I don't plan to lock it. I would recommend this set. Not the most professional set but good enough for poker night with friends and you can't beat the price.

Very nice set of clay poker chips - these chips have a nice weight and feel to them. They feel much better in your hand than cheap plastic chips, and the weight really gives them a substantial feel.
The cards that came with them are regular Motor brand playing cards (paper cards with a plastic coating). I don't know what all the reviews alluding to used sets of cards were talking about, these are pretty straightforward, normal, new playing cards.
The carrying case is high quality, the latches latch well so it doesn't seem to have any risk of opening up when you are carrying it. When loaded with all the chips, the set is quite HEAVY, which is why the shipping is so much.
Good set of chips March 14, 2008
I just wanted a good set to play with friends and when traveling. I read the reviews and ordered. The set is perfect for my needs and the case is adequate for carrying the set. Delivery was prompt and the price was right.
Quality Poker Chips & 2 New Deck of Cards January 31, 2008
These chips feel and sound high quality. Much more elegant than the plastic ones. The set also came with 2 brand spanking new deck of cards, along with the dealer chips & poker dice. The shipping is pricey, but they are quite heavy and their service is excellent. One note of caution ~ be careful not to drop them on a hard surface. Being made of clay, they may break or chip, but I am very pleased & happy with them.
